I.T. Repair Guru's offer home and business user I.T. support, from the simple home user poblem support right up to the large network problems that businesses may encounter we are able to offer a solution to get your system working correctly.

 

Our home user system is basically structured like a pay as you go service, i.e. you have problem, you call us and one of our engineers will attend and you will be charged at an hourly rate ( most issues resolved in an hour ).

 

Our business support service works slightly differently, again we offer this on a pay as you go service but we also offer a yearly support and manintennace contract, this allows us to maintain your machines yearly which in practice means that they generally keep running correctly for longer meaning that you avoid downtime.
